Who we are
Josh o’connor
Josh is the main cook for the truck. Up early prepping for the day and there to close it all up at the end. He served 5 years in the Army as a Paratrooper. When he isn’t at the truck, you can most likely find him out at the lake or in the desert with his dogs.
Coffee GuruKristina wilkins
Kristina is the main helper for the truck. On top of all the work she does in the truck, she roasts our coffee beans herself. She has worked in coffee shops most of her adult life with a dream to have her own one day. When she isn’t helping at the truck, you can most likely find her at the baseball fields with her three sons.
Lindsey ivison
Lindsey is our “6th man.” She will fill all roles when needed. She’s only ever a call away. She’s a workhorse so when she isn’t at the truck, you will either find her at either of her other jobs or spoiling her Frenchie, Gunner.
